  2. When someone identifies as a transgender woman, it means they are now a woman or in the process of becoming a woman (medically and physiologically, because psychologically they already are). So a transgender woman or a trans woman is a woman, who was born a man.

  3. A transgender woman is a male-to-female trans. When they say woman, they mean they are a woman right now. It doesn’t matter what they were before. Always follow their cue and the way they refer to themselves. That’s always the best recipe.
